Cancellation Policy

1. Service Description: The Services provided by the Provider consist of online tuition sessions delivered via virtual platforms such as video conferencing or online learning portals. 2. Payment and Refunds: 3.1 Payment for the Services must be made in advance, as per the agreed upon rates and payment schedule. 3.2 The Provider offers refunds for prepaid tuition sessions cancelled by the Client, provided that such cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. 3.3 Refunds for cancelled sessions will be issued using the original method of payment. 3. Cancellation Policy: 4.1 The Client may cancel a scheduled tuition session by providing at least 24 hours' notice to the Provider. 4.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. 4.3 Cancellations must be communicated to the Provider via phone, email or other electronic means specified by the Provider. 4. Rescheduling: 5.1 In the event that the Client wishes to reschedule a tuition session, they must notify the Provider at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. 5.2 The Provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. 5. Provider's Responsibilities: 6.1 The Provider will deliver the Services with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with industry standards. 6.2 The Provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tuition sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. In such cases, the Provider will notify the Client as soon as possible and arrange for an alternative session or refund. 6. Client's Responsibilities: 7.1 The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the necessary technology and internet connection required for participating in online tuition sessions. 7.2 The Client agrees to attend scheduled tuition sessions promptly and to actively participate in the learning process. 7. Limitation of Liability: 8.1 In no event shall the Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. By purchasing the Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
